Yamaha DVD-S2500 vs Philips DVP9000SA vs Samsung DVD-HD945

On paper those players look pretty similar. Price varies quite, anyway here
in Europe it does. Any good arguments why would one choose the Yamaha player
over the two other (cheaper) players?
Also, does anybody know why the Yamaha DVD-S2500 won't play DivX files?
