Um, it appears the complaint is that the machine is refusing to accept
8x discs but that they are now becoming the norm, whereas 4x are more
rare. This machine seems to have already become outdated as it can't
handle faster discs. Hopefully for the OP it will be a case of finding
a disc to match the machine if he can't find the 4x discs the machine
prefers.
