I have recorded a video from my hard drive onto a DVD-RW disc that has
been formatted to a VR type disc.
I found that my DVD recorder can't transfer the video to the hard
drive in high speed as the recording was made in a lower quality (3
hour mode). I was hoping to transfer the video to the hard drive then
copy it back to a blank DVD-R disc.
I prefer to use the high speed option when copying the video as no
video quality is lost and I get to keep my chapter marks.

One of the reasons for transferring video to a VR DVD-RW disc is to
free up some space on my DVD recorder's hard drive and to be able to
edit the video later.

Is there any way of transferring the video from the DVD=RW disc
formatted in VR mode) to a DVD-R in (formatted in video mode)?
