hmmm....
The Romero/Savini commentary is recorded well before the actors
commentary -- remember, the anchor bay single edition with the Romero
commentary came out in March, tied to the theatrical release of the
remake, while the ultimate edition, with the different cuts of the
film -- and including the actor's commentary -- came out in September,
while the actor's commentary was recorded, obviously, in March 2004,
when the remake premiered.
Figure a minimum of four months between the time of the Romero
commentary and the release of the first DVD, we can assume that the
Romero commentary was done November 2003 at the latest.
