Yes this is true.
I tried the ns70 ....on a Sony tv no less ....and it had the 'shift
issue' that you have heard about.
Not only does it shift, but when you switch to 1080i, it 'squishes'
the image vertically, distorting the image.
And whenever anyone calls Sony to complain...they say there is no
issue....it must be your tv.
