All I got with mine was a catalog for some Batman swag, a coupon for
$20 off Norton Internet Security and the reprint comic with the slick
ass add for V For Vendetta on the back.
No chapter listing. :^( Which is growing more and more common these
days it seems... I bought the Tim Burton Batman flicks as well and they
both came with no inserts at all.
