Hello

I own a Panasonic combo DVD/VCR Model no. PV-D4734S.

Last summer I was in Switzerland and purchased a dvd. To my chagrin I have
since discoverd that my dvd player only plays dvd's purchased in the USA and
Canada. Further research reveals this is region 2 and that all dvds are
coded to only play certain regions..well most are anyway.

Question is..is there any way I can get my DVD player to play dvd's from
other regions like Europe? Do I need to simply buy a new one over the net
that is region free or is there any where I could send my machine to get it
decoded? I want it to play DVD's from anywhere, not just the US.
