 Even with a "decent" HDTV, the de-interlacing and/or upscaling processing
 couold still be better in the player, so its best to compare.  In general, I
 think you'll find that "most" prefer to have player do the processing, they
 do tend to use better porcessing chips in teh players vs the tvs...this is
 not true for every case, but its a pretty commonly held opinion among people
 doing just that sort of thing...
