I am interested to find out whether anyone has experience using a dvd
player as an mp3 wma player without a tv, controlled by remote. This
is for use in a music rehearsal space. Hoping I can make a track sheet
after dvd burn, load dvd and select an mp3 numerically without
scrolling. I am hoping to find out how long it takes to index the
files, whether one could select from say 1000 songs, (2000 if dual
layer). If this could work well it would be nice to hear what players
are best suited for this.
This is of interest because it is the lowest cost solution
