Good item, I used one for several years. Has only composite video in/out.
I went with the Sima GoDVD unit this year because it has S-video in/out, and
seems to deal well with Macrovision II encoded DVDs. Do a google.
And if you now have a brand new TV, that pretty much eliminates the
possibility of the TV being at fault.
