Re: Test results: DVD+R recorded on DVD-recorder won't play on PC

HI,
I have just purchased the same machine after dubbing a non copyright tape to
DVD on a DVD+R disk & finalising, I can watch the DVD on the Philips but not
on any other machine I own. When I try it in my PC which is able to read
DVD+/-R it doesn't see the disk at all. I am going to buy a DVD+RW disk
today to try that out.
What brand of disks are you using? I am using TDK, my PC DVD writer (AOpen)
has no trouble with the DVD-R TDKs. Also, I haven't looked yet but do you
know if the Philips is region free?
Cheers Jenny
