Dang it! I joined Netflix late October/early November 2005. I'm on the
one DVD plan and I've noticed throttling too and I'm only eighty miles from
the nearest Netlfix depot. It takes one day for their DVD's to get to me.
But half the time it takes two or three days to reach them.

I would join the lawsuit but I joined after Jan 1 2005. Go get 'em!
