I'm running v3.54 as a primary. sometimes when I try to do a whois on
someone who has just joined my queue, I find the message user offline or has
switched hosts. the same user is also shown when I do a search as well. I
dont understand, how can they have a file shown as available, albeit having
a large queue, when they are not online- I am presuming they are offline,
because its a guy I d/l from quite a bit. and I know he is in the US,
thereby behind me timewise.
