I placed my first order with BensonsWorld early last week. I usually use
Play, but Play has been starting to get a little pricey of late.
BensonsWorld have a few titles that I want and they're cheaper than
Play, so I thought that I'd give them a go.
Anyway, the title I ordered was marked 'usually ships in 5 to 7 days'.
No problem I thought. However, when it actually comes to getting any
information about order status I'm stumped. If you logon to their
website you can list your order(s) but can't get any status. If you
email the company, they simply ignore your emails.
I'll have to 'phone them to find out what's going I suppose, assuming
that they do actually answer them.
Based on this performance, this order will be my one and only with the
company.
