I had a plastic-wrapped pack of Tuffdisc DVD-RW's from SVP that were
very scuffed around the edges. They were cheap so I pretty much wrote
them off, but I wouldn't buy anymore.
It is a concern to hear of another brand shipping discs like this,
though. Were your discs in a proper tub or just a shrink-wrapped pack? I
wondered if the packaging was to blame in my case.
