The only way to be irresponsible is to not return the DVDs. Netflixcreates the high expectations and then chnages course. Netflix will
 actually wait till you report a DVD lost and then say they found it. It's
 a bunch of annoying nonsense. Netflix will tell you to expect the DVD on
 the 8th and then you get it on the 13th. It's annoying. The post
 office will occasionally mess up but Netflix will consisently
 delay things. Customer satisfaction is low low low. You don't know if you
 will have the DVD by the weekend or not. I'd rather sign up for a certain
 number of DVD's and tell them the delivery dates. Stop the games.
