After a year's hiatus, I have re-installed WinMX 3.54. I used the
Install-2.0.exe from wherever I got it from. After the install, it
immediately informed me there was an update, which I also installed.
I am using a static IP to my Linksys (wired) router with non-default
TCP & UDP ports forwarded to the WinMX computer.
I can connect either as Primary or Secondary and I can search OK.
I just can't download anything faster than 1 or 2 K/s
It makes no difference whether or not my AVG firewall is on or off.
What am I missing, here?
