Just about anything except "voice on one side, music on the other" will
be enhanced by your setup. Some of my recommendations:

Switched-On Brandenburgs by Wendy Carlos
Stravinsky's Firebird done by Isao Tomita
FYI, what I have done for a cheap and easy surround sound is set up one rear
speaker in differential across the main left and right channels.
