A few random thoughts:
Snippets from the NetFlix website
"provide fast and efficient delivery to our subscribers"
"We rush you DVDs from your list"
"With our most popular plan, 3 at-a-time (Unlimited), you can rent as
many DVDs as you want for just $17.99 a month plus any applicable tax."

Closing thoughts:
A free market economy works, in theory, allows consumers to freely
contract good or services in exchange for money. In doing so the
consumer makes a conscious decision based on disclosures by the
company. There needs to be a fundamental level of truthfulness with
regards to what is disclosed. If not then we no longer exist in a free
market economy, but rather one that is tilted in favor of the an elite
group of companies that employ deceptive tactics.
