I am a low volume user, 1 per week and I have the $9.99 plan. I have
only been a member for 5 weeks, I was receiving a new dvd 2 days after
I returned one, now it's taking longer. I sent in a movie on monday
this week, I should have gotten my next movie on wednesday. They sent
an email saying they received the dvd on weds, and looking at my queue,
they dont plan on shipping my next movie until thursday. this means i
returned a movie monday and my next one doesn't arrive until 4 days
later. So it looks like they are slowing down on low volume users
also. My husband just told me to cancel. Obviously what they are
doing is giving users one movie per week, - period.
