Placed an order last week for what appeared to be an excellent price
for a Pentax Optio S60 camera, which was an "open box" item. Placed an
order for 2 SD cards at the same time.
After placing the order, I noticed a "customer review" who had sent
his back because they had sent him an Optio 60 - not the S60.
So rang them the same day and was assured I would be sent the S60.
The parcels was due to arrive today (and shown as 2 boxes).
I recieved 2 boxes from City Link - but only one from ebuyer. (The
other was from SVP)
All I recieved was the SD cards.
I rang City Link and told "we only collected one item from ebuyer."
I recheck the order only to see the info as before - ie items shipped
and 2 boxes with the consignment number.
Why do these people keep f*cking up?
The last order arrived in exactly the same fashion - with a scanner
missing, which they claimed they had sent and took ages to sort it
out.
Similarly, the order placed before that for 2 complete build PCs -
arrived minus the PC cases. Even though they claimed they were sent -
they backtracked and then said they were out of stock.
So they placed another order for those 2 cases - and cancelled them
because they were out of stock a few days later. I rang them - and
they reordered. The same thing happened THREE times. I never got the
cases - or a refund.
This isnt isolated - this is EVERY f*cking time.
I gave up with the cases before - but I sure as hell anm not going to
now - or the camera. If they claim once again "sorry out of stock"
they can have the whole lot back. Im not paying £6.50 postage for
something that weighs about a first class postage stamp and is free
delivery from most places.
God - these people are w*nkers.
