Zero sum game. Law suits cost money. Remedying bad media coverage costs
money.
It will all catch up to them eventually. Also in the not to distant
future DVD's will be obsolete and movies will be available in streaming
video. With the advancement of TV/PC integration Netflix will go under
and we'll have a new movie mogul in power.
