I need a video-editing software just for editing audio stream in a movie? It
must have a video stream track and audio stream track, so I can move just
sound back and forward (for ad synchronization). No video effects are
needed, no sound effects are needed, just a "tracker" to handle video and
audio. (And if possible to use minimal system resources ;))
Advice?
