I don't have any documentation that the "starter cartridges" are
less than full, but I've heard that more than once.
I'm using an Epson R-300 (just a little more expensive than the R-200)
and it has worked fine for me. It is a pain that you have to load 1 disc
at a time, and it is quite picky about the positioning of the tray that
holds the disc. On mine, it seems like the safest is about 1/16" in
form the alligned arrows is safer than trying to line up the arrows.
The print quality is pretty nice though.
