Yes, there's a very good Region 2 DVD, widescreen w/ Schrader
commentary and even a scene specific commentary track with Dafoe and
Sarandon.
I heard Schrader himself say recently how disappointed he was with the
dreadful Artisan transfer, but that he doubted there would be a better
Region 1 release any time soon.
