It's only parallel importing if you're importing it for resale and you
don't hold domestic distribution rights. If it's just for personal use,
that's just plain importing. US law allows for importing for personal use.
Also, if a company owns the domestic rights for a title and imports a
foreign DVD for sale, such as Tai Seng has done, that's standard and legal
importing as well.
