OK, guys. I've had it up and running for a week now. I've
uninstalled, reinstalled, limited bandwidth, unlimited bandwidth.
Firewall on, Firewall off. A/V on, A/V off. I've successfully
downloaded lots of stuff, sometimes at over 20K/s for a period of time,
but mostly at less than 2K/s. Not one upload has ever completed--few
have even started.
What do I try next, other than using a different program?
