Dear experts,
I'm relatively new to Internet radio.
So far, I use ITunes, or Winamp. You pick the station, and play.
There are some stations out there that are getting complicated.
They only seem to work through the Internet Explorer browser.
And they want to either play commercials. Or have you pay them
directly.
I have used Windows Media Player too. But I avoid it for the most
part.
It syncs up with the Windows Internet Explorer. I don't like that.
I prefer the app to be self contained. And secure behind my firewall.
Who knows what all IE and Media Player are doing? Or what weakness
someone is exploiting?
Does anyone know an Internet radio station that plays
Nicola conte?
I want to just enter the URL into Itunes, or Winamp, and listen.
What is the URL?
A related question is: If you have a browser open playing a good
station,
how can you figure out the URL, and put it into Itunes, or winamp
directly?
Thanks a lot!
