We have a good friend who's a local TV personality. When I get closer
to buying something, I'm going to ask if some of their tech folks could
help. I'm hoping they may have something they could donate. Is there a
good source for connector adapters, as I assume anything they use would
have BNCs.

We're an all-Mac school, although the days of half-price for academia,
alas, are long past. I'll look into Live Channel. I bought an analog to
digital convertor some years back. I'll bet it'd do the ADVC-100 duty.
