Lots of info on the reverse (DVD-9 to DVD-5). However, could someone
please help with the following scenario:

Using DVD Shrink 3.2, ripped 2 ISO images from a 2 disc-set DVD on to
Hard Drive. How does one burn both ISO images onto ONE double layer
DVD (DVD+R DL) using Nero Burning ROM 7.0.1.4?
