Yes and no. A P3 733 ought to run half-decent with XP, with the
graphical settings all turned down/off (which will look kind of like
Win98, actually). It won't be nearly as nippy with XP as it was with
98SE, but it should be functional.
If it's an older P3, like 500MHz, then XP probably will be just a big drain.
