It's slightly annoying that I can't get a working copy of this title paying
full price, yet magazines and newspapers are full of 1,000s of (presumably
problem-free) DVDs every week... Why could they have not just used two
DVD-9s, anyway?

p.s. PlayUSA have just despatched my third copy - Universal will get a nasty
e-mail if this one fails too (if I can find an e-mail address to send to,
that is)...
