This is a "heads-up". After getting a 50 pack of Fujifilm DVD+R (made
by Prodisk in a light grey wrapper - BestBuy $14.99) and discovering
that my two Sony/LiteOn burners would only burn at 2.4, I returned the
tub to Fujifilm with a nice letter requesting a tub of the "old" stock -
i.e. Ritek or TY.
Four weeks later, I am the proud possessor of 5 Fujifilm DVD+R 10 packs
(with slim case), made by Philips and burning at only 2.4. The UPC code
for these gems is: 0-74101-75310-3. I am not, as suggested by Fujifilm,
going to upgrade the firmware on these Somy/LiteOn burners. The burners
work just fine with TY disks.
