Hi, I am experimenting with ripping my DVDs onto my computer (long term plan
of watching them on the xbox 360 when vista arrives).
I am using DVDShrink to create the vob files and vob2mpg to convert to mpeg.
The problem I am having is when I am try to create an mpeg of a dvd using a
dts audiostream. vob2mpg refuses to encode the vob. If I set the default
stream as dolby digital instead it works fine. I am assuming that the
problem is vob2mpg doesn't understand the audio stream, rather than
DVDShrink hasn't physically created one for it.
Does anyone have any experience with this, or could put me at a place where
I am more likely to get help? I'm a bit of a newbie at this, sorry.
