Because you said "they kept you waiting for months". The only way
Netflix can keep you waiting is if you have items in your queue, nothing
at your house, and they still don't send you anything.

That's one in your queue. How many movies does Netflix have listed as
VLW because they *think* maybe they might have/get some, but for whatever
reason it turns out they can't?

That there's no conspiracy against you...it's all in your head. Netflix
isn't perfect. Have you ever open up the Sunday ads and seen something
you wanted, gone to the store but they were out? Did you complain on
some newsgroup about the conspiracy to keep you from buying steak on
sale?

Gee, and how hard would it be to put that in your as-anonymous-as-you-
can-get headers? Really, a hotmail account and Google groups pretty
much say "I want to be able to disappear and re-appear as another
identity".

The *one* class action suit had a grand total of less than 10 actual
people. Every other person was included in it as "part of the class".
So, 10 people got conned by some lawyers into thinking they'd get big
bucks if they sued, so they did. The lawyers got big bucks, and the
"winners" of the lawsuit got a coupon worth about $3.

Anybody who believes that class action suits without real damages do
anything but line the pockets of lawyers doesn't have a firm grip
on reality.

I couldn't care less about "my precious Netflix". I've never rented a
DVD in my life from anywhere.

I do care about the signal to noise ratio in this group, and people who
whine instead of doing something so simple as *cancelling* their
Netflix subscription lower the S/N. So, either put up or shut up.
Actually, just shut up, even if you do cancel.

There you go...right back into your fantasy that all companies are
automatically out to get *YOU*, personally.

If you don't like the way a company does business, hit them where it
hurts...in the wallet. Stop giving them money, and then you'd have
at least a tiny amount of moral high ground from which to try to
convince everyone else to stop sending them money.

....or, you can just spend your time spinning out your persecution
fantasies here, while everybody who reads your posts thinks "well,
Netflix can't be that bad...he's still paying them".
