They definitely throttle. You don't get an accurate picture of their
service the first two months. The throttling really kicked in on the 3rd
month and has continued getting slower in the 4th. I'm wondering how slow
they will get. The overall average was 3.5 per week the first two months.
Now the total average is down to 3 per week because I only got 2 per week
this month. I think they are just testing people to see how much they can
throttle before people cancel. It's a stupid management plan but corporate
bean counters are loco greed. They waste all that money on advertising to
get customers and then throttle the customers till they leave. I'd prefer
a contract guarantee to how many I get and some predictability on when I
get the movies. These delay games are silly. It's stupid to pay a fixed
price for a variable service. I probably stay a few more months just to
see what happens. I doubt I'll be a long term customer.
