Just getting started to copy several VHS tapes to DVD
via the PC. The card is an el-cheapo WinFast TV card
which comes with it's own software for capture. I also
have Nero 6 with NeroVision 3. The Nero software seems
to do a somewhet better job, but I am overwhelmed by the
variety of settings for output resolution and frame rate.
How can I determine which is best? The first couple of
attempts have been a bit jerky, so I'm guessing the
default 29.97 frame rate is at fault??

Any suggestions for narrowing down the choices would
be welcome.
