This is the first time I've ever posted a comment on this issue in any
newsgroup. I hardly consider that to be 'petulant whining'. I agree
that it's important for users of various products and services to post
their comments (I've gotten quite a bit of information from these
newsgroups that's helped me to make purchasing decisions), but come
on, at some point it becomes almost comical to read the vitriolic
responses to Netflix's service, and it becomes less of a legitimate
forum topic than incessant wailing. And the intensity of the
complaints is NOT a reliable indicator of the quality of the service.
As a matter of fact, they only justify my opinion that certain users
have unrealistic expectations of what they're 'entitled' to.
