They're "entitled" to the service promised to them by Netflix. If
Netflix changed their advertising to "Unlimited movies, unless your
turnover is too quick, then we'll hold your movies a couple days," all
the complaints about throttling would stop becuase Netflix would be
doing exactly what they advertise then. The Netflix apologists argument
is "you're still getting a good deal" which most people aren't arguing.
They're arguing Netflix doesn't do what they claim and in fact, admit
they throttle, which is deceiving practices and whatever bad events
happen to the company as a result are deserved.
