I've had one thing go missing from dvd pacific. Waited 3 weeks before
e-mailing them and they asked me to wait another 3. It was nothing
specifically urgent so I did. when they resent it they refunded what I paid
for postage and sent the package via the airmail priority service so I got
it within a week.
