Tagging in WAV files very seldom works. The easiest way to get tagged
MP3's in the end would be to have the files named with all the important
information such as:
(Year) Album - Track Number - Artist - Title.wav
Then when you have the MP3's made, with the same names as the WAV's, you
can use a tool such as MP3 Tag Studio, or foobar2000's built-in
"masstagger" to tag the MP3's.
