If you use Flip4Mac you can export a .MOV file to a .WMV file.
You have to buy the 49$ Studio version, that allows additional features
than the free one. Check it at www.flip4mac.com
I'm a Mac guy as well, and I use it a lot.
That's a really good tool, quite straight forward.
