I didn't much care for Magnolia either. Actually that's not quite correct, I
_appreciated_ the acting and script and everything, but I couldn't
particularly care for any of the characters and didn't feel moved by it in
any way. As far as PT Anderson films go I much preferred Boogie Nights which
was just brilliant.
I was trying to think if there was any of one of these multi-thread style
films that I actually liked, because I was disappointed by both Crash and
Magnolia and thoroughly appalled at how weak Love Actually was.
Kevin then reminded me in his Syriana thread - I loved Traffic, but I can't
remember any others at the moment.
