The inside word at Pinnacle is that it will take 3-4 months to get
Studio 10 stable, another couple of months to get the infernal mess it
makes of your system sorted out in new installs, but that does not
mean that the mess from earlier installs will be cleaned up.

BE SURE TO MAKE A FULL BACKUP OF YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE YOU INSTALL AND
CREATE LOTS OF RECOVERY POINTS ALONG THE WAY!

Charlie White is a professional reviewer with a lot of experience,
help and systems to tinker with. If he could barely get Studio 10 to
run, what SHOULD that tell you?

The wonderful effects he is so enthusiastic about cost extra.

He was paid to write the review.

At least Charlie got Studio 10 to install and run. A recent glowing
review in a consumer video magazine was written by a reviewer who
could not even get it installed. He "Wrote the review based on
material from Pinnacle and a PROMISE that the PROBLEMS would soon be
resolved."

He was paid by Pinnacle also. Does that mean anything?

My advice, wait six months before trying Pinnacle Studio 10.

Hope this helps.
