Oh without a doubt, 10 is a work in progress. A "not ready for prime
time" program. He did have caveats at the end of his review concering
the program. And being marketed as you say, for beginners, it should be
an install and go program.

I thought he complained about those that cost, not the ones included.

True. Who paid him. And.. was he sincere and honest in his review.

At least he told you he was basing his review on a press release. Not a
personal review. Buyer beware.
