OK - - here's my caveat :  I don't own it, and I didn't review it. 
 
But it sounds like this is just another in a long line of failures by 
Pinnacle.  I've had a number of Pinnacle products, none of them ever worked 
right, even after numerous calls to tech support. 
 
Anyone want a DVD 500 system ?  It's still on the shelf.
