Fixvts doesn't fix anything. All it does is report what it finds. It's
reporting it found a video container identification and it's reporting the
lower block attributes as the number. This is totally useless information
for a totally useless program.
Use Vobblanker instead. It is a useful program and it reports useful
numbers.
