have a new NEC 4570A DVDRW which can read and write all of the formats. or
at least it shold be able to. If I install this model drive in my PC it will
write _R disks but then cannot red them. the disks can be read OK in other
drives or even in the same drive if it is installied in a different
computer. In my computer the Pc can't even tell there is a disk in the
drive! have tried the disk on master and slave settings with no difference
have another DVDRW drive on the same IDE channel that can read the disks
normally. both drives read standard comercial DVDs normally
has any ever heard of a problem like this?
