No, that didn't even work for my DV500. After 2 tries on my own with clean
installs, I decided to do it right. So I did another clean install, and
then called Pinnacle tech support. After about 3 hours on the call, they
were stumped as well. And this was with a machine that was on their
"approved systems" list.
It's on the shelf. Never again for me . . .
