There may be such, don't know but haven't encountered one, but one way
to accomplish what you want is to incorporate the data you want into the
wave file *name* and then encode to MP3 using the wave file name for
that of the MP3.
There are renaming programs that can rename your waves in batches
incorporating the file date/time into the name. Flash Renamer is one...
